Wheelchairs are notoriously lousy at moving people over anything more than perfectly smooth and flat ground. But the award winning RPV4x4 is set to change that. The RPV4x4 is a low speed disability buggy designed for rough or soft ground, allowing wheelchair users to gain access to areas not normally accessible on conventional disabled wheelchairs and vehicles.
